◆ Decoration deposit (security deposit) is not included in government pricing management matters, and is specifically implemented by property service enterprises and owners in accordance with relevant laws and regulations on deposit.
◆ In case of implementing the management of community pass, the realty service enterprise shall configure a certain number of passes (including IC cards, etc.). ) Free of charge for car owners. If the owner applies for more than one pass or needs to re-apply for a pass due to loss or damage, the property service enterprise may charge a fee according to the production cost, and the competent price department will no longer approve the specific standard of the pass production fee.
The Municipal Development and Reform Bureau and the Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau require that the property service charges subject to government-guided prices should be reported to the municipal price department for approval if they really need to exceed the level of government-guided prices. After canceling the record management of property service charges within the scope of government guidance price, the township development and reform bureaus (development and reform offices) and the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau should strengthen the post-event supervision of property service charges and actively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of owners and property service enterprises.
