If the construction administrative department or other departments find that the construction unit violates the relevant state regulations on the quality of construction projects at the time of completion and acceptance, they shall be ordered to stop using it and reorganize the completion and acceptance.

3. The plane position, facade modeling and decorative colors of all kinds of buildings meet the approved planning and design requirements;

4. All construction machines and tools, temporary works, residual soil of buildings and remaining components shall be removed and transported away, and the site shall be cleared and leveled;

5. The relocated residents have been reasonably resettled.

Three. Provisions of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on National Residential Quality Acceptance Standards

Article 7: Except for the reserved pipes, there is almost no description of water supply and drainage facilities in the blank house, and no bathroom appliances are installed. The owner pays attention to the following contents:

5. Drainage pipeline inspection: whether the drainage pipeline has right angles and dead angles; Whether the joint is tight and intact, whether there is leakage at the interface, whether the pipeline is unblocked, whether the pipeline is fixed, installed neatly and undamaged; Whether the extension pipeline upstairs is too long or too low affects the decoration;

6. Detection of drainage pipe and floor drain: whether there is floor drain, whether the floor drain position is reasonable, whether the drainage pipe and floor drain are complete and whether the seal is tight;

7. The drain pipe should be blocked to prevent garbage from entering the drain pipe.
