How to write the water bill?

Unpaid water charges directly affect the capital turnover and benefit improvement of water enterprises. In view of the phenomenon that some users are in arrears with water charges, Putian Water Group has implemented the measures of paid water charges to avoid the loss of state-owned assets.

Article 7 The State shall implement the system of water intake permit and the system of paid use of water resources according to law. However, unless the rural collective economic organizations and their members use the water in the ponds and reservoirs of the collective economic organizations. The water administrative department of the State Council is responsible for the organization and implementation of the national water permit system and the paid use system of water resources.

Article 8 The state implements a strict water conservation system, vigorously promotes water conservation measures, popularizes new technologies and processes for water conservation, develops water-saving industries, agriculture and service industries, and builds a water-saving society.

People's governments at all levels shall take measures to strengthen the management of water conservation, establish a system for the development and popularization of water conservation technologies, and cultivate and develop water conservation industries.

All units and individuals have the obligation to save water.

Article 9 The State protects water resources and takes effective measures to protect vegetation, plant trees and grass, conserve water sources, prevent soil erosion and water pollution, and improve the ecological environment.

Article 10 The State encourages and supports the research, popularization and application of advanced science and technology for the development, utilization, conservation, protection and management of water resources and the prevention and control of water disasters.
