What is drawing submission for approval?

The construction unit will send the design documents (including design drawings) to various government functional departments and drawing audit institutions for review, and modify and improve them according to the review opinions. The process of final approval is called drawing submission.

Drawings include:

1. Drawing Directory: lists all drawing names and drawing numbers. ?

2. Legend: list all legend numbers and names. If each picture is marked with a legend, you don't have to do this page.

3. Description of decoration design: description of project address, area, basis and specification of drawing preparation, and fire rating of decoration materials.

4. Description of electrical design: description of specifications and standards involved in the design, and brief description of distribution box, lamps, emergency lighting, wires and circuit materials. ?

5. Description of fire protection design: description of design basis and reference codes, general situation of main buildings, description of fire protection water sources and fire protection facilities.

6. Original structural drawing: The original wall structure of the building area in the original structural drawing of the building provided by the property has an axis.

7. Wall distribution map: The wall reaching the ceiling and the wall not reaching the ceiling are represented by different lines, indicating the fire escape. Unless there are approval documents and drawings from the design institute and stamped, the load-bearing wall, firewall or seismic box wall shall not be removed or widened.

8. Layout plan: office furniture, walls, articles (floor-standing equipment and other articles that do not move frequently), fire exits, machine rooms, high-voltage distribution boxes and weak-current cabinets, including fire hydrants and fire extinguisher box marked in public passages, shall not be blocked, and furniture and other articles shall not occupy fire exits. ?

9. Floor paving map: indicate the floor materials used in each area. Common floor materials include carpet, floor tile, stone, anti-static floor, wood floor, stone plastic floor and self-leveling cement mortar.
