Will the North Gate of Shuncheng Lane in Xiaoxian County be demolished this year?

1. As of 202 1, with the cooperation of Qingnian Road Sub-district Office and District Housing and Construction Bureau, the collection and closure of Shuncheng Lane (North Gate-Xiaobeimen Section) and Renmin West Village projects have been basically completed. The second phase of demolition began on February 7, 2022 and is expected to be completed in February 2023. Thus, in 2023, the north gate of Shuncheng Lane in Xiaoxian County was demolished.

2. The shantytown renovation project of Shuncheng Lane (Anyuanmen-Shangwumen section) started the expropriation in February 20 19, and it was implemented in two phases. The first phase of the project covers an area of 178.4 mu, involving 3270 households.
