If the driver of a motor vehicle is not at the scene or refuses to leave immediately although he is at the scene, thus obstructing the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians, a fine of not less than 20 yuan but not more than 200 yuan may be imposed, and the motor vehicle may be towed to a place that does not obstruct the traffic or parked at a place designated by the traffic management department of the public security organ.

Matters needing attention in vehicle parking

When parking in series on the roadside, you should pay attention to being as close as possible to the right sidewalk, but try not to ride on it. A certain gap should be reserved in front of and behind the car to provide convenience for the car to drive out, and at the same time leave a gap for other cars to drive out. Otherwise, the most dangerous thing is the user's car.

When parking in the parking lot, it is best to let the front of the car face the passage, so that you can easily drive out of the parking space. In addition, it is easy to scratch when reversing.
