Can property services be subcontracted?

Property services cannot be subcontracted. The property service contract shall be directly signed by the developer and the tendering company. According to Article 40 of the Property Management Regulations, a property service enterprise may entrust the special service business within the property management area to a professional service enterprise, but may not entrust all the property management within the area to others.

What does the service scope of the property management company include?

Elevator management and external wall cleaning of high-rise buildings. ; 3, general convenience services, such as providing indoor cleaning, maintenance, decoration and other services.

Third, entrust special services.

Entrusted special service is the service provided by the property to meet the individual needs of the owners. Usually not stipulated in the property service contract, not set in the special service. When the owner and the property have certain service needs, the property can incorporate this special service into the special service.
