Do I have to pay the property fee if the house is not decorated?

1. 1 year can pay 50% of the property fee, and after 1 year, you must pay the property fee in full regardless of whether you live there.

2. 70% of the property fee can be paid for vacant houses that do not intend to be renovated directly.

3. If the house is well decorated, if you don't move in, you need to pay 100% of the property management fee, otherwise you will be liable for breach of contract.

4. Because the developer fails to deliver the house on time or the house has been delivered, but the developer has not sold it, the property fee shall be borne by the owner.
