Legal analysis: Under normal circumstances, the appraisal fee for second-hand houses is charged at 1% of the transaction cost, which is generally paid by the buyers. The cost of transfer evaluation is generally borne by both parties through consultation, and most of them are handled by buyers. Transfer evaluation also requires a designated evaluation company to evaluate the transfer price, generally for commercial land. If it is an ordinary house, it only needs to bear the loan evaluation. The fees charged are generally collected by the intermediary or guarantee company, and the relevant departments can also be consulted. And the fees paid by each city are different. Under normal circumstances, it will be charged together with the intermediary service fee, at a rate of not more than 1 10,000 yuan per 200,000 yuan.
