80,000 square meters of detached houses (villas);

Office buildings, industrial plants and other properties are 200,000 square meters.

Three-level qualification

3 property management professionals in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state to obtain professional qualification certificates;

4. Entrust property management projects;

5. Establish and strictly implement enterprise management systems and standards such as service quality and service charges, and establish enterprise credit file system.

The newly established property management enterprise shall, within 30 days from the date of obtaining the business license, apply to the municipal or district competent department where the industrial and commercial registration is located for qualification.

Legal basis: Article 5 of the Regulations on Property Management. The State Council construction administrative department is responsible for the supervision and management of the national property management activities.

The real estate administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the supervision and management of property management activities within their respective administrative areas.
