Why not recommend living in Yuexiu and Yuelinyu?

I don't recommend living in Yuexiu and Yuelinyu for the following reasons:

1. The division of school districts is unreasonable, so children can't go to school nearby, and those who stay are assigned to the primary school affiliated to the Academy of Educational Sciences 4 kilometers away.

2. The developer makes false propaganda, and the actual construction effect of the real estate is seriously inconsistent with the publicity materials and renderings.

3. The design quality of landscape architecture and all materials used in the construction of public areas are seriously reduced, which seriously cuts corners.

4. The design of non-motor vehicle moving line overlaps with the design of personnel in the community, which has serious security risks.

5. The motor vehicle entrance and exit of the residential gate are mixed with the pedestrian passage, which has serious security risks.

6. The foyer of some buildings in the residential area is reversed, and the owners need to bypass the residential area when entering the house, which has great design defects.

7. The construction standards of each group in the community are not uniform, and the results are quite different, which has great design defects.

8. Developers are slow to respond to customers' reasonable demands and rectification requirements, and there is a phenomenon of inaction and laziness.

9. There are design defects in mixed-use parking for commercial and residential use, and the personal and property safety of the owner cannot be guaranteed.

To sum up, there are many problems in Yuexiu Residential Building and Yuelin Residential Building, including unreasonable division of school districts, false propaganda, poor construction quality, potential safety hazards, unreasonable design, and inaction of developers, so I do not recommend buying or leasing the residential property.
