Third, be careful and do a good job in document approval and filing management.
The work in the office is very complicated and there are many paper documents, which requires me to have a good habit of being careful. All kinds of manuscripts and forms entrusted by the district affairs department at ordinary times are put into the signature folder after confirmation and signed by the general manager of the project. Every day, you need to check the paper materials on your desk that have not been filed, and check whether there are any missing labels. And deliver the official documents and forms approved by the general manager of the project to the relevant functional departments of the branch in time, and urge them to follow up in time. After the approval is completed, the relevant leaders of the company will give timely feedback to the relevant departments for implementation.
In this regard, some work is still not done carefully enough, and sometimes it will be careless and careless. I'm going to form the good habit of writing a work log in my future work and record all the work systems clearly.
