Lin Xiangyang-CEO

Mr. Lin Xiangyang officially joined Hong Kong Cyberport Management Co., Ltd. on March 20 10. As CEO, Lin will lead, represent and manage the company, and play an important role in promoting and implementing Cyberport's public mission strategy.

In terms of public mission, Lin has formulated the direction and action plan, with the goal of helping Hong Kong develop into an innovation and trade center of information and communication technology, and encouraging the local society to upgrade the technology and resources of information and communication technology.

Lin has accumulated rich experience in information technology, strategy, business operation and management. During his tenure as general manager of Microsoft Hong Kong Limited, he led the company into a period of rapid growth. He has also worked in many multinational information technology companies.

Lin has always been an enthusiastic supporter of Cyberport. After he became the chairman of the Cyberport Tenants Association, he actively created a favorable environment for the professional development of digital and creative talents.

Lin has actively participated in community affairs and industry development, and has held many public posts, including member of Digital 2 1 Information Technology Strategy Advisory Committee, unofficial member of Digital Inclusion Task Force, official member of Industry Promotion Task Force, member of Information and Communication Technology Services Committee of Hong Kong Trade Development Council, member of Steering Committee of Hong Kong Information and Communication Technology Awards, director of public relations and marketing of Hong Kong Computer Society, member of Internet Professional Association and Hong Kong Wireless Technology Chamber of Commerce.

Lin graduated from the University of North Texas with a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in business administration, majoring in business computer information systems.

Jeff McGonagall-Director of Operations

Jeff Mack joined Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited in September 2003. The main responsibility is to manage different projects in the Cyberport, including construction and project management, residential and office agency, and facilities and property management of office buildings, shopping malls, venues and hotels.

Mr. Mack has more than 25 years of international real estate experience, including asset and facility management, valuation, agency and measurement. From 1988 to 1996, he was employed by the said district Council in derwent, England, and started his own business as the chief property surveyor.

Mr. Jeff McGonagall joined Savills on 1996 and became the president of several subsidiaries of Asia Pacific Property and Facilities Management Company. Until/very

In 2002, Mr. Maijiefu was appointed as Mr. Bupa's Asia-Pacific Property Management Service Director.

Mr. McJeff is an Englishman and has lived and worked in the local area for 15 years.
