Property decoration management service fee

There are no specific regulations on the collection of property decoration management fees and coordination fees in China. The reasonable decoration management fee is as follows: 1. Decoration project management fee is less than 30 thousand yuan, management fee is 3500 yuan; 2. If it is more than 30,000 yuan, it shall be calculated as 10% of the total decoration cost.
