Reflections on the Weekly Report

The word that appears most frequently in my mind recently is "Weekly". First of all, I heard it when I got it: I should write a weekly report to my subordinates when I got it. The weekly report not only covers my daily work, but also synchronizes my own business thinking and industry observation.

I often think about education, and sometimes I come to some conclusions that I think are good. When I communicate with my parents, I will share some phased conclusions that I think. However, it is often not systematic, because most of the usual thinking stays at the level of intracranial climax, and little pen and ink is invested, or it is necessary to find out the basis for thinking and how to improve the current educational methods in combination with the basis.

I once thought about writing a week's discovery and publishing a reflection every week, but unfortunately I failed to put it into action. On the one hand, the reason is poor execution, on the other hand, it may be that I don't know how to write.

I stayed at home because of the epidemic, and there was nothing particularly urgent. I was a little overwhelmed and wasted a lot of time. I just want to do something to change the status quo, so I especially want to write a weekly report and think about my future.

The "main line" is something directly related to your performance appraisal. When writing a weekly report, don't pull a bunch of chores without reporting the main tasks.

"Decision thinking" refers to which key variables are based when you make a decision;

Intelligence Horizon is the new knowledge you gained this week, and it is the most inspiring new thing for you.
