Second, tell them your specific requirements, what standards you need to meet and what you want to do. Thirdly, we should thank them for their unremitting efforts and some encouraging words. Fourth, ask them if they have any opinions, need to mention or reflect, or have any suggestions for management, and so on. These can be said, but the premise is that they have to be said.
