Civilization is rooted in "heart". Strengthen the awareness of civilization, participate in the creation of civilized cities, start from ourselves, constantly cultivate the awareness of self-discipline, consciously abide by the basic moral norms of citizens, develop good habits of paying attention to etiquette, stressing civilization and observing public morality, and shape the image of civilized citizens.

Reflect civilization in "mouth", don't spit everywhere, don't swear, don't smoke and make noise in public places; Be friendly to outsiders and answer strangers' questions patiently and enthusiastically; Actively discourage all kinds of uncivilized behaviors around you and be a disseminator of civilization.

Practice civilization on "feet" Obey traffic rules, don't jaywalk, don't run red lights, and don't climb fences; Civilized driving, courtesy to pedestrians; No reverse driving, no illegal parking; Queue up to get off by public transport, and don't fight for seats.

Evaluation method of national civilized city

The evaluation and optimization of national civilized cities are mainly based on the evaluation system of national civilized cities and the evaluation system of ideological and moral construction of minors, and the evaluation of ideological and moral construction of minors is regarded as a prerequisite for applying for national civilized cities. The evaluation results are sorted separately. If the score is less than 85 points, you can't participate in the declaration of national civilized cities. At the same time, the score is included in the total score of national civilized cities according to the proportion of 20%.

Evaluation method: There are six main methods: listening to reports, consulting materials, questionnaire survey, online survey, field trip and overall observation. The difficulty of building a national civilized city is field trip. There are three specific methods for on-the-spot investigation of civilized cities in China:

The first is real person (emotional) simulation verification, such as calling the legal service hotline and calling the rights report phone.

The second is field investigation, that is, entering the site to verify whether the inspected object meets the evaluation criteria, such as going to the community to check the relevant work records.

The third is on-site observation, that is, according to the requirements of on-site observation, on-site observation is carried out at the on-site inspection point for a certain period of time.
