I can be serious and patient with my work, have strong self-learning ability, have a sense of responsibility, have considerable professional knowledge, have good team spirit, be practical and diligent, and be positive. In the four years of college life, I not only built a solid theoretical knowledge system, but also improved my comprehensive ability through various practical activities. In order to meet the needs of social development, I have carefully studied all kinds of professional knowledge, developed my own specialties, and tapped my own potential. Combined with the annual summer social practice opportunities, I have gradually improved my learning ability, problem analysis and problem solving ability, as well as certain coordination, organization and management ability. Especially in my sophomore year, I was fortunate to be the Minister of Propaganda Department of Real Estate Research Association. I not only gave full play to my painting creation ability, but also improved my professional knowledge through communication with real estate professionals, and also learned the process and method of leading and organizing an activity.

"Learning is not enough" is the motivation for my study and work during my college years. In the process of studying university courses, I think it is not enough to study only the specialized courses arranged by the school. To do a good job, in addition to rich and solid professional knowledge, the help of some extracurricular knowledge is also very important. So, I taught myself computer software such as office, access and photoshop. In addition, because I have a strong interest in Japanese, I teach myself. After a year's study, I have now reached the level of Japanese 3-4, and I can basically communicate with Japanese. I will continue to study and enrich myself in the future. I think I am still a persevering person, and I believe I will become better in the future.

In the fourth year of college, after I practiced as a property assistant in different buildings of R&F Group, I got a better understanding of the work content of property management and a more comprehensive understanding of the distribution of different positions in property management, thus deepening my experience in this industry. And through more than two months of internship, I have accumulated my own social experience to a great extent. The work of property management is mainly to communicate with the owners, so that their management can be carried out smoothly, which will also be of great help to other industries in the future.

As a recent college graduate majoring in property management, what I have is youth and knowledge. Youth may mean lack of experience, but you can also imagine it as a blank sheet of paper on which you can draw the pictures you want.
