The renovation contents include: the overall renovation of the external wall of the house, the painting of the corridor, and the addition of waterproofing membrane on the roof.

In addition, according to the data released by Shanghai Xuhui District Housing and Construction Bureau, the renovation funds of the above four communities are about 29 million yuan, and the scope of renovation has been expanded to areas outside Jinping Lin Yue for the first time.
