4. From 6: 00 pm on March 2nd (15th day of the first month) to March 3rd (16th day of the first month), shops are prohibited from taking out food and occupying roads, and mobile vendors are prohibited from operating in restricted areas.

5. From 6: 00 pm on March 2nd (the 15th day of the first month) to March 3rd (the 16th day of the first month), residents and shops on both sides of Conference Road are prohibited from climbing roofs and fences, gathering on balconies and littering.

6. During the flower show, all tourists will walk right along the exhibition road and watch the exhibition counterclockwise.

Traffic restriction scheme

2. From 8: 00 am to 24: 00 am on March 3rd (the 16th day of the first month), the Jinshui East Street Road between Anzheng Road (Gewan Road to Fubin Road) and Fubin Second Branch Road to Huajing Road is closed to motor vehicles.

Motor vehicles originally parked on the no-go roads can be driven out from Jingu Highway, Gegu Outer Ring Road, Liuludao Road and Gewan Road, and may not enter the no-go roads again during the no-go period after driving out;

3. After Gewan Route Gegu Route runs from south to north to the north of Shenchang Expressway Overpass Bridge, all motor vehicles are prohibited from going straight. You can turn right at Wuming Road in Gegu Town and turn left at Fang Ying Road to enter Jingu Highway.

4. Jinnan Ronggang Group will drive to Gewan Road and Gegu Automobile Park, and all motor vehicles are prohibited from going straight. You can turn left and bypass Gegu Automobile Park Road, Fubin Road and the newly-built road in the second phase of Gegu Huanqian District to Jinyu Highway.

5. All motor vehicles traveling north to south on Gewan Road are prohibited from entering Gewan Road when they reach the intersection of Jingu Road and Gewan Road. Motor vehicles can bypass Jingu Road, Hangang Road and Fang Ying Road to enter Gewan Road;

6. Jingu Highway from west to east to the intersection of Jingu Highway and Fubin Road, all freight vehicles are prohibited. Turn left and bypass Haihe South Road, Fubin Road and the second phase of Gegu relocation area to Jingu Highway;

7. Jingu Highway extends from east to west to the intersection of Jingu Highway and Jingu Connecting Line.

4. Parking lot around Gegu Gymnasium. If the above temporary parking lot is full, vehicles can be temporarily parked at Gegu Outer Ring Road (east of Gewan Road), and motor vehicles can be parked in a single row and on both sides in turn.

There is no parking area for motor vehicles

No parking is allowed on Anzheng Road (Liuludao to Gewan Road), Jinshui Cave, Jiexi Street (Gegu Outer Ring Road to Jingu Highway), Huajing Road (Liuludao to Gewan Road), Fubin Second Branch Road (Liuludao to Gewan Road) and Liuludao Road (Gegu Outer Ring Road to Fubin Second Branch Road). On March 3 (the 16th day of the first month), at 7: 00 a.m., the vehicles on the no-stop section were cleared and the stranded vehicles were towed away! Motor vehicles that are not parked according to regulations will be towed to the temporary parking lot of Gegu Outer Ring Road east of Gewan Road by the wrecker department.
