When installing the water pipe, it should be slotted to avoid damaging the waterproof layer of kitchen and bathroom, and the water pipe should be discharged to the top.

Second, the electrical pipeline positioning slot

1. According to specifications, standards and design requirements, the height of power socket is 280—300mm, the height of split air conditioner socket is 1800 50mm, the height of socket in special positions such as TV cabinet is 800mm, and the height of switch board is 1300- 1400 mm. Install.

2. After determining the position of the electrical switch and socket terminal, determine the direction of the electrical pipeline on the wall and on the ground according to the port position.

3. The ditch mouth must be constructed by drawing lines, and the embedding depth should be greater than10 mm. If the wall and the ground meet structural reinforcement and cannot reach the embedding depth, the sheath line method of wax pipe and casing can be adopted.

4. Chisel away the trunking and discharge it into the special PVC flame-retardant conduit, with the pipe wall ≥ 1.0mm, and the conduit must be fixed in the trunking. The wiring principle of the conduit is horizontal, flat, vertical and firm, and the rationality of wiring should be considered to avoid excessive and disorderly pipeline laying. The conductor must be inserted after the conductor is laid, and the conductor shall not be laid again after the conductor is laid, so as to ensure that the conductor can be replaced later.

5. Flame-retardant plastic pipes and wire boxes should be homogeneous, and the bending times should be reduced as much as possible when laying wire tubes. When bending a pipe, use a bending spring instead of bending it flat; There should be no more than three monthly bends in a single conduit, and the extra bends should be connected by a transition box. The connectors of electric conduits shall be connected with bundles of glue, and the connectors shall not be placed at the moon bend. Locks must be used for the connection between the conduit and the junction box and distribution box.

6. The electrical piping in the ceiling cannot be fixed on the suspender and keel of the ceiling according to the piping requirements, but must be hung and fixed on the ceiling with special pipe clamps, and keep a certain distance from the ceiling keel. The position of lamp holder box and junction box should be convenient for maintenance and cover plate. If the hose is connected to the lamp position, its length shall not exceed 1m, and both ends of the hose shall be connected to the junction box and the lamp with special connectors. Strong and weak wires are not allowed to be exposed in the ceiling.

7. The conductor section should be ≥1.5mm? , socket ≥2.5mm? (2 air conditioners) ≥2.5mm? 3 must the machine use 4 mm? , and use 16A socket. The single power consumption is also 4 mm? 16A line socket.

8. Wire connectors should be connected with flame-retardant crimping caps in the junction box; The distribution box and the distribution of each loop shall be color-separated according to the specification requirements: red, yellow, green and appropriate red for phase lines; Zero line, black, appropriate use of blue; The grounding wire is a bicolor wire, and the lamp cap wire is white. If the shop lacks white lines, you can use color separation. )—Indoor wiring colors should be uniform, and temporary lighting and sockets must be equipped with switches and sockets.

9. Connect the arranged wires to the switch and socket. Socket wiring should be grounded, with left zero and right phase, and no phase wire should be connected in the shell of screw lamp holder. The wire allowance in the box shall not be less than150 mm. 。

10. When the electric pipeline is laid on the same plane as the gas pipe and water pipe, the spacing should be ≥100 mm; Laying on different surfaces, with a spacing of ≥ 50 mm. The spacing between electrical switches, sockets and gas pipes is ≥ 65438+≥ 50 mm; When the wires and compressed air pipes are laid on the same plane, the spacing shall be ≥300mm, and when the wires and compressed air pipes are laid on different planes, the spacing shall be ≥10 mm. 。

13. The distribution box shall not be moved without the permission of the power supply or property management department. Every household's distribution box should be equipped with a leakage protector. Air conditioning sockets, kitchen sockets, toilet sockets, other power sockets and lighting power sockets should be separately diverted, and their circuits should ensure the normal use of loads. The load of branch line is not allowed to exceed the load of incoming line.

14. The process standard shall meet the following requirements:

A) The total cross-section of the wires in the tube shall not exceed 40% of the cross-sectional area of the inner diameter of the tube, and the wires in the tube shall not have joints and kinks. It is forbidden to mix wires with different voltages in one tube.

B) The grounding protection shall be reliable, the zero-phase and ground resistance shall be greater than 0.5MΩ, and the metal conduit, metal hose and metal bottom shell of distribution box shall be provided with grounding protection; The metal ceiling of kitchen and bathroom and the metal shell of lamps with a height less than 2.4m should be protected by grounding.

C) It is forbidden to directly lay conduits under the composite floors, carpets and floor tiles of kitchens and bathrooms, and the conduits laid under the solid wood floors must be fixed.

D) The elevation difference of similar panels in the same area shall not exceed 2mm, the spacing shall be controlled at 10mm, and the verticality error shall be controlled at 2mm.

E) Splash-proof sockets should be used in the kitchen and bathroom, and the installation height should be at least 300mm higher than the countertop. Bathroom installation of Yuba should be separately diverted, with a line diameter of 2.5 mm? High-power appliances such as Yuba and electric heater shall not use ordinary switches; Various switches and junction boxes shall not be installed on combustible components.

F) It is forbidden to directly lay wires in the cement layer, and the buried depth of electric conduit is >; 10mm, except for the top surface of cast-in-place concrete floor slab, skin line (lamp head displacement) can be adopted.

G) telephone lines must be laid through special telephone lines and shall not be mixed with other lines. It is forbidden to mix power cables with different voltages in the same pipe and the same junction box.

H) There should be no joint between communication line and TV special line.

I) The process standard must conform to the Code for Construction of Residential Decoration promulgated by the state.

Third, equipotential equipment.

Total equipotential connection is to connect the protective trunk, distribution trunk or total grounding terminal, public pipes (such as water pipes) and similar metal parts in the building with the available metal components, central heating pipes and air conditioning systems of the building, and connect these similar components with the pipes entering the building near the entrance in order to equalize the potential, reduce the contact voltage and eliminate the dangerous voltage caused by the introduction of power lines into the building. Its purpose is to make the potential between the exposed conductive part and the external conductive part that people can touch at the same time roughly equal, that is, to reduce the contact voltage below a safe value, so as to prevent these objects from hitting back the insulation and cable core in the equipment due to the high voltage induced by lightning or the high potential conduction of lightning to the earth on the grounding device.

4, equipotential location in general, equipotential installation in the bathroom, the reason:

A. Toilets are generally equipped with bathtubs, shower rooms and metal gusset plates. Therefore, the instantaneous voltage introduced into the bathroom along the metal pipe is easy to cause personal injury;

B. The casing of equipment such as washing machine in toilet is easy to leak electricity under instantaneous high voltage.

5. Construction technology requirements: equipotential shall not be moved or damaged. If it needs to be closed, the inspection port must be reserved.

Four, gas pipeline production and installation:

1). Determine the direction according to the design requirements, calculate the pipe length, prepare materials, cut materials and twist teeth on site.

2) Galvanized pipes used for gas pipelines shall not be less than 6, and threaded connections shall be adopted. Twisted teeth should be twisted eight times into five times, leaving three times for maintenance. Don't twist your teeth back after they are fixed. The joint of artificial gas and natural gas adopts special raw material belt.

3) The gas pipeline shall be fixed firmly and neatly after installation, with a horizontal spacing of 500mm and a vertical spacing of 1000mm, and the gas meter shall also be fixed firmly.

4) The direction of gas pipeline does not affect the safety of other pipelines, and the horizontal pipeline should have a slope of 3-5 ‰.

5) After the gas pipeline is connected, it must pass the U-meter inspection and acceptance to prevent air leakage. Install gas valve after acceptance.

6) Note: The process standard shall meet the following requirements.

A. The gas pipeline shall not be concealed and shall not pass through the bedroom. Straight gas pipes through the ceiling should not have joints. The owner shall purchase and install the pipeline with the length exceeding 3m from the gas company, and the pipeline in front of the gas meter shall not be moved or replaced. If it is really necessary to move, the owner shall obtain the consent of the relevant departments.

B the distance between gas pipeline and conductor in the same plane must be greater than 100mm, the distance between gas pipeline and conductor in different planes must be greater than 50mm, and the distance between gas pipeline and electrical switch and socket must be greater than150 mm; Gas water heaters should not be placed in closed boxes.
