Who is responsible for termites in residential buildings?

Legal analysis: the government has funds for termite control, and it does not need the owner or property to bear it. Termite control fee has been paid when the real estate development project is approved.

Legal basis: Article 40 of the Regulations on Quality Management of Construction Projects Under normal use conditions, the minimum warranty period of construction projects is:
