What rights does the law give property security?

The right to property security should be from two aspects:

1. According to the provisions of the Labor Law and the Labor Contract Law, security guards, as employees and laborers of the property, enjoy the rights of "equal employment and choice of occupation, labor remuneration, rest and vacation, labor safety and health protection, vocational skills training, social insurance benefits, labor dispute settlement and other labor rights stipulated by law", which are legal rights.

2. The obligations that security guards should perform according to labor laws and regulations include: completing labor tasks, improving professional skills, implementing labor safety and health laws and regulations, and observing labor discipline and professional ethics.

3. On the other hand, rights refer to the rights agreed between the property and the owner that are beyond the legal provisions stipulated in the property and security contract and the rights agreed in the service contract, that is, the agreed rights.
