Is it up to standard? Management fee for underground parking space of Hongdu B building in Xianlie Middle Road, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou 250 yuan?

According to Article 14 of the Notice on Further Strengthening the Management of Residential Property Service Charges in Our City (Sui Jia [2010] No.99), the property service charges for the owner-owned parking spaces in residential quarters shall be agreed by the owner and the property service enterprise (or parking lot operator) in principle, not exceeding 30% of the parking and custody service charges for the parking lot where the owner-owned parking spaces are located. Parking space property service fee is charged monthly for each parking space. The parking space property service fee of the same parking lot shall be subject to uniform standards.
