General situation of Wenzhou rail transit lines

Wenzhou Rail Transit * * * plans to build two M (city rail) lines, M 1 and M2 (the research on M line is currently suspended) and four S (suburban rail) lines (S 1, S2, S3 and S4).

The total investment of the four S lines is about 80 billion yuan, or it will become the largest investment project in Wenzhou.

The pilot section of S 1 Line started construction on 2011,the whole line started construction on 20 13, and some sections (Tongling-Wenzhou Railway Station) were opened at the end of 20 17.

On 20 16 12.30, the first phase of Wenzhou regional railway S2 line was officially started to be an east-west commuter express line, which will build a fast connecting passage between the central city and Oujiangkou New Town, two centers in the core area of Wenzhou metropolis in the future, undertake the rapid traffic connection between east-west groups in the metropolitan area, and connect Ouhai, Longwan and Dongtou central areas in series to serve the South Railway Station.

The line starts from Tongling in the west, along the Yong-Tai-Wen passenger dedicated line and the existing Jinwen railway passage, reaches the peninsula along the airport avenue in the east of Longwan District, and ends in the west of Dongtou District, with a total length of 77 kilometers. The line has reserved space and can be connected with the intercity railway in the future. 20 1 1/On October 26th, at the briefing on the planning and construction of Wen Shang regional railway held by CPPCC, the relevant person in charge of the municipal railway investment group said that the preliminary work of the first phase of the municipal railway line S 1 has been basically completed and will be completed on 201/kloc-0. On 20 1 1 year 1 month 1/day, the construction of the Wenzhou Railway Experimental Section (Shitan Tunnel) started.

Due to land use reasons, with the approval of the provincial development and reform commission, the municipal S 1 line has been adjusted. The west end extends from Wenzhou South Station to Tongling and east to Dongtou, with a total length of 77 kilometers and an average station spacing of 2.8 kilometers. After the completion of the project, it will facilitate the daily travel of urban residents, ease the traffic pressure, help promote the urban development of Wenzhou, and build a comprehensive urban transportation network in Wenzhou. The first phase of the project is from Tongling Station to Oucai Station, with a total length of 5 1.9km, including underground 14.3km. According to the plan, this rail transit was originally scheduled to be completed in 20 13. Due to various reasons such as demolition, it was not officially started until 20 14, and now it is planned to open some sections on 20 17. There are 20 stations in the first phase of Wenzhou Regional Railway S 1 Line, of which 2 stations are reserved, and the design speed is 120km/h ... After completion, the fastest time from Wenzhou Station to the airport is 19 minutes, and the fastest time from Wenzhou Station to Wenzhou South Station is 30 minutes. The estimated investment is 654.38+05.23 billion yuan. Wenzhou rail transit line S 1 has also been included in the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" of the province.

As of June 20 16, 1, S 1 Longwan Section and Ouhai Section of Line I; The first phase of S2 line has started construction.

Short-term construction planning of Wenzhou regional railway

On September 20 12, the national development and reform commission officially approved the recent construction plan of Wenzhou regional railway. It is approved to plan and implement the first phase of S 1 Line, the first phase of S2 Line and the first phase of S3 Line in 20 12-20 18, with a line length of 140.7km, with a total investment of about 43.23 billion yuan.

Phase I of S 1 Line: it starts from Panqiao Town at the southern end of Wenzhou South Railway Station in the west, bypasses Wenzhou West Railway Station in the northeast, goes to Wenzhou East Railway Station along the existing Jinwen Railway Passage, passes through Wenzhou East Railway Station, and the line turns southwest along Nanyang Avenue and Qian Fang Road in Longwan District to the airport. There is a base station on the west side of the airport terminal. After leaving the station, cross the south exit of Oujiang River to Hannah Quinlivan Island, and turn eastward to the second station of Peninsula, the end of the recent project.

The total length of the first phase project is 5 1.9km, including underground 13km, overhead line 32.24 km and mountain tunnel 1.3km. Bridge-tunnel ratio is 90%. The first phase of the project * * * set up 20 stations; Recently, 20 stations, 2 ground stations, 15 elevated station and 3 underground stations have been opened. The average distance between stations in the recent project is 3.5km. Two stations are reserved, with an average long-term distance of 2.5km. The construction period is 20 12-20 16, and the estimated investment is153.2 billion yuan.

The first phase of S2 line: located in Wenzhou coastal traffic corridor, it starts from Hongqiao Town in the north, passes through Fan Shi Town along the planned Qiang Ming Road to Tiancheng, goes south along the planned Sixth Ring Road to Lecheng New District Station, crosses the river to Yongqiang Airport at the north exit of Oujiang River, goes south along Binhai Avenue after leaving the airport station, and then enters Rui 'an territory, and continues south along Binhai Avenue, ending at Xinyang Avenue.

The total length of the first phase project is 68.8 19km, the length of bridge is 64.928km, the length of tunnel and underground line is 1 1.078km, and the bridge-tunnel ratio is 93%. There are 7 stations 1 in the first phase of S2 line, including underground stations 1, ground stations1,and elevated stations 15. The average distance between stations is 4.8 kilometers. The construction period is 20 13-20 17, and the estimated investment is 216.7 billion yuan.

The first phase of S3 line: it connects with S2 at Shenyang Avenue, goes south along Shenyang Avenue, crosses Feiyun River, and goes along Wen Rui Avenue and Renmin West Road to Aojiang Station of Yongtaiwen Railway. Aojiang Station of S3 line of urban rail transit is newly built in the square in front of the station, which is the end of the first phase of the project.

Total length of the first phase project 19.97km, overhead line 17.533km, mountain tunnel 2.161km; The bridge-tunnel ratio is 98.6%. There are 7 stations in the first phase of S3 line, namely Shenyang Avenue Station, Anyang Middle School Station, Xincheng Square, Qiao Song, Pingyang, Kunyang No.3 Middle School and Aojiang, with an average distance of 3.29km, a construction period of 20 14-20 18 and an estimated investment of 62.5 yuan. The first feature is "to the East China Sea". Wenzhou's urban development is generally eastward, facing the sea, and must be supported by transportation. Therefore, the planning and construction of regional railways is also "going to sea to the east". For example, the S 1 line and S3 line extend eastward, and S2 is a coastline.

The second characteristic is group type and network type. Wenzhou Metro will connect the existing urban agglomerations in our city to form a networked urban pattern.

The third feature is the close combination of "1650" metropolis strategy. There are 77 stations in the metro, and it is hoped that each station will become the core of the new district, and rural houses will be built around it to form an urban complex.

The fourth feature is to adopt TOD mode. There are two main ways to do urban rail transit in the world, namely SOD and TOD. SOD is traffic diversion rail transit, and TOD is traffic guidance rail transit. Our city hopes to guide urban development and expand the urban framework through traffic construction.

The fifth feature is green transportation. Rail transit is a green transportation mode. Through its development, it can drive the amount of public transportation, thus alleviating the environmental pollution caused by automobile exhaust emissions. There are two modes of urban rail transit: national railway mode and urban rail transit mode. National Railway System is a kind of railway system, which is suitable for high-speed and long-distance urban rail transit network.

Wenzhou Metro Line S consists of four commuter lines, with a total length of 30 1.3km and 77 stations, including 12 transfer stations (including transfer stations with the metro and regional trunk lines), with an average station spacing of 4. 1km, and the length of each line exceeds 70km, which requires high time and speed targets.

The service object of Wenzhou commuter railway is mainly the long-distance passenger travel within the metropolitan area, focusing on solving the passenger connection between the central city and the peripheral groups in the metropolitan area and the passenger transfer between the groups in the metropolitan area, providing fast, large-capacity and public transportation services for the passenger flow between the groups along the way, and taking into account the long-distance passenger travel within the main center.

At the same time, judging from the distribution of S 1 lines of regional railways, some of its lines rely on the existing Jinwen Railway, which can form an organic connection operation system with the trunk railway, and * * * utilize the existing railway resources, including station facilities, maintenance equipment, depot bases, etc. , save the investment and operation cost of new facilities and equipment. Wenzhou South Railway Station, Yandangshan Station and Cangnan Station reserve the interconnection conditions between the local railway network and the national railway line, and adopt the national railway system. After the reform of the railway system in the future, local railway trains can enter the national railway network as needed, and go directly to neighboring cities such as Lishui, Taizhou and Ningde, thus expanding the scope of urban influence and promoting the construction of regional central cities.

Wenzhou has a small urban area, dense population, tight land resources, traffic congestion and high housing prices. Therefore, it is necessary to expand the urban framework by building regional railways, rationally develop land along the lines and improve urban competitiveness. The construction cost of urban rail transit in the central city is high. At present, the government has limited financial resources. Building regional railways first can accumulate funds through "track+property" within the scope of Wenzhou metropolis, supplement the urban rail transit construction in the central city, and realize the rolling development of Wenzhou rail transit. Travel time is greatly shortened.

The survey results show that in 2009, the average daily travel times of Wenzhou urban residents were 2.2 1, the average travel time was 28.73 minutes and the average daily travel time was 62.9 minutes. Residents travel mainly by bus, private car, bicycle, motorcycle and walking. Commuting travel purpose accounts for 7 1.3% of the total travel of residents, which is the main composition of residents' travel purpose. The distribution of residents' travel time is obviously bimodal, and the morning peak duration is longer.

S 1 line is a commuter express train, with a design speed of 120km/h and an average travel speed of 50 ~ 60km/h. It takes about 50 minutes to run from Wenzhou South Station in the westernmost part of the city to Hannah Quinlivan Peninsula or Yongqiang Airport in the east, and less than 30 minutes to run from downtown (such as Wenzhou Railway Station) to western or eastern Wenzhou, which can avoid uncertain factors such as road resistance. Therefore, regional railways can greatly improve travel efficiency, shorten travel time and relieve traffic pressure during peak hours.

The completed S 1 line is 77 kilometers long. If you choose an urban rail transit system (subway or light rail) with an average travel speed of 25 ~ 35 kilometers per hour, the running time of the whole line will exceed 2 hours. The national railway system can be compressed to about 1 hour, which means that the running time from the city center (such as Wenzhou Railway Station) to the east and west ends of the urban area can be controlled within 30 minutes.

The express line connecting the metropolitan pattern in series

Influenced by natural geographical environment and driven by industry, Wenzhou metropolitan area is in the stage of "decentralized layout and group development". The results of the sixth national census released not long ago showed that the permanent population of Wenzhou was 3,039,500 at 0: 00 10165438. According to the new standard, the population of our city has entered the ranks of megacities, and people frequently travel to and from counties (cities, districts). Although an ordinary expressway network has been initially formed in the city, due to the rapid growth of motor vehicles in recent years, traffic jams will occur at high-speed entrances and exits and major road intersections entering the city during peak hours, which will bring inconvenience to citizens.

Therefore, regional railways should first consider solving the problem of connecting group cities at the regional level, and provide fast, large-capacity and public transport services for passengers traveling between the main center and sub-centers of Wenzhou metropolitan area and towns along the route.
