Basic information of Nan 'an village
In the early 1990s, Nan 'an Village was still a big agricultural village, with about 5,000 mu of paddy fields, per capita 1.3 mu. Since 1992, more than 20 units have successively come to the village for land acquisition and development, including Xiangjiang, Fenghuang, Ziyun Mountain Villa, New World, Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway, Guangyuan East Road, Pacific Industrial Zone and other units, with more than 7,400 mu of land acquisition. Due to land expropriation, a large number of villagers gradually changed from agricultural income to the development of transportation, labor export and relying on the collective dividend income of village communities, and the industrial structure of the village has undergone tremendous changes. 1995 After the expropriation of part of the land, the village collectives successively used collective funds to build factories and properties such as Daxinli, Yu Tai Shoe Factory and Nan 'an Market, and leased part of the land to continuously enhance the collective economic capacity. Last year, the collective income of our village was more than RMB160,000 yuan, and the villagers enjoyed dividends at the village and community levels, totaling more than RMB 400 per person per month.
