I think the achievements of safe production throughout the year are mainly due to the great attention and correct guidance of leaders at all levels of the company and the active efforts and cooperation of all employees of the company. Here, I think, one decision is very important for our safety work throughout the year, and that is to insist on holding a good pre-shift meeting. At the beginning of this year, manager Niu proposed at the morning meeting that the daily pre-shift meeting of the team must be organized well. Use the activity time of the pre-shift meeting to arrange the work of the day, explain the safety precautions of the work of the day, convey the company's current main attack objectives and strategic deployment, and let every employee have a clear understanding. Because we insist on this work, it has played a good role in the safety work, project progress and project quality of our company and laid a solid ideological foundation. The real effect of this work is also reflected in the actual production activities.

2. Since the beginning of this year, the supervision, inspection and guidance on the construction sites of key projects have been basically realized. In this way, problems and some hidden dangers can be found in time, handled and solved in time. This year, the company's projects include county reconstruction; Anti-stealing and automatic generation of line loss; A dozen temporary electricity; Military substation, Liaoning Police College and boiler room in relocation area; Substation kiosks and high and low voltage external lines in three relocation areas. Recently, cable projects such as the western suburb trunk line, the southern suburb trunk line Liu Shu Village branch line and the new bifurcation trunk line. The construction site is scattered, the construction period is tight and the progress is slow. Under the leadership of Minister Zhang, I basically inspected the construction site. From the construction process of these projects to the acceptance of power transmission, more than 95% of the projects can meet the acceptance standards and be completed within the prescribed time limit. It has indeed achieved the task of ensuring quality, quantity and safety.

Third, due to the large number of people in the project this year and the lack of free time, the safety study and education work for construction personnel has been reduced accordingly. This year, I used the pre-class meeting and spare time to study and educate the operators four times and organized them to take exams. In his spare time, he organized teams and groups to study and test "Safety Education for Construction Personnel Entering the Site". In addition, all employees of the company were organized to take the safety production laws and regulations examination (Ganjingzi District Examination), and the number of participants reached 98%. The study of safety laws and regulations is the basis of improving the safety technology and prevention skills of our operators, ensuring the engineering quality and preventing man-made accidents. In my opinion, although we don't have much time to study and educate, we can really consolidate and improve the thinking of operators through study and education, and it also plays a certain role in improving the knowledge level of safety production and the understanding level of operating procedures and technologies, and can be seriously implemented in practical work.
