When will the sixth phase of Yuqinyuan open?

This year, Yuqin Garden will build about 120 square meters, 140 square meters and 170 square meters of apartments, and the villas will be built about 350 to 360 square meters. The sixth phase of Yuqinyuan is scheduled to open in March 2022.

Yuqinyuan is a residential community located next to Wujiazui Park in Gaochun District, Nanjing. The residential area is about 1 1.6 million square meters, and the total construction area is about 1.5 million square meters. It consists of villas, apartments and commercial complexes. The residential developer is Gaochun Wanfu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., and the property management company is Nanjing Pepsi Property Company.
