3. The renovation time of the community is from 12 to 14 and from 19 to 7: 00 the next day. The time stipulated by different provinces is different, but they are all similar, and the normal rest time of residents is a nuisance. The allowable renovation time is from 7: 00 to 12, 14 to19;

Maximum limits of environmental noise in five urban areas:

1, sanatorium area, senior villa area, senior hotel area, 50 decibels during the day and 40 decibels at night;

2, mainly residential, cultural and educational institutions, 55 decibels during the day and 45 decibels at night;

3, residential, commercial and industrial mixed zone, 60 decibels during the day and 50 decibels at night;

4, industrial zone, 65 decibels during the day and 55 decibels at night;

5. The primary and secondary trunk roads of roads, inland waterways and railways in the city are 70 decibels during the day and 55 decibels at night (from 22: 00 to 6: 00 the next morning at night).

The behavior of social life noise disturbing people in areas where noise-sensitive buildings are concentrated, grassroots mass autonomous organizations, owners' committees and property service providers shall promptly discourage and mediate; If dissuasion or mediation fails, you can report or complain to the department responsible for the supervision and management of noise pollution prevention and control in social life or the department designated by the local people's government, and the department that receives the report or complaint shall handle it according to law.
