Property companies can rent property management houses, but they should be approved by the owners' meeting. In order to provide services for property management companies, owners usually allow property management companies to use some public houses. Property management houses are limited to providing services to owners. Only with the permission of the owners and the consent of the owners' meeting can the property management company change the use of the property management house.

Legal objectivity:

According to Article 37 of the Property Management Regulations, the ownership of property management houses belongs to the owners according to law. Without the consent of the owners' meeting, the property management enterprise shall not change the use of the property management house.
