The overall planning still continues the first phase of simple and modern Nordic architectural style, with the design concept of one low, three high, low density, high room rate, high greening rate and high comfort. Following the design concept of park community and urban oxygen bar, the landscape is divided into two themes: circular oxygen bar corridor and green space in front of the house, forming a quiet and warm living atmosphere.
