Unreasonable, garbage has a great impact on the environment. In order to protect the environment and save resources, every community in Shanghai has a garbage drop point, and Shanghai implements garbage sorting. All the rubbish should be placed separately, not together.

Shanghai implements the system of responsible person for classified management of domestic waste. If the owners of residential quarters entrust property management, the property service enterprise shall be the responsible person.

In rural residential areas, villagers' committees are responsible for management.

Residential areas and rural residential areas should set up four types of collection containers: recyclable, harmful waste, wet garbage and dry garbage.

If collection containers are set in other public areas, two kinds of collection containers, wet garbage and dry garbage, should be set in groups.
