The check-in procedure is usually divided into six steps:

1. Review the identity of the tenant. Examination materials: notice of allocation of public rental housing, original ID card and original household registration book.

2. Collect information, calculate the rental fee, and collect information: public rental customer registration form, housing lease contract and supplementary agreement, notice of payment of rental income of public rental housing, general payment of non-tax income, and property management regulations.
