No need. According to the provisions of Article 25 of the Property Management Regulations, property service enterprises shall collect property service fees as agreed, and shall not charge other fees compulsorily. The charging standard of property fees shall be stipulated in the contract, and the contract shall be signed after both parties reach an agreement through consultation, without the approval of the competent department of industry. The charging of property service enterprises shall follow the principles of fairness, justice and reasonableness, and there shall be no unreasonable charging behavior.
