Legal analysis: labor contract refers to a civil service contract provided to the society in the form of labor, and it is an agreement reached by all parties on the basis of equal consultation on a certain service and labor results. Generally speaking, independent economic entities are produced among units, citizens and citizens. A labor contract is not a labor contract. From the perspective of law application, the adjustment of civil laws such as contract law and general principles of civil law is applicable to labor contracts, and the adjustment of labor law and relevant administrative regulations is applicable to labor contracts.

Legal basis: Article 24 of the Regulations on the Administration of Foreign Labor Service Cooperation stipulates that when concluding a labor contract or a labor contract with laborers, a foreign labor service cooperative enterprise shall truthfully inform laborers about the matters concerning the protection of laborers' rights and interests in the labor service cooperation contract and other information that laborers require to know, clearly remind laborers of the risks of working abroad, including personal safety risks, and shall not conceal relevant information from laborers or provide false information. Foreign labor service cooperation enterprises have the right to know the basic information of the workers directly related to the conclusion of labor contracts and labor contracts, and the workers shall truthfully explain them.
