Charge standard of property fee for underground garage

Legal Analysis: Above-ground parking service in the property management area charges the highest 70 yuan/car/month. Social vehicles that temporarily enter residential areas are free of charge in the first hour, and they will be charged at 2 yuan/hour if they exceed 1 hour (if they are less than 1 hour, they will be charged at 10 yuan every day (within 24 hours)).

Legal basis: Article 274 of the Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the roads within the building division are owned by the owners, except those belonging to urban roads. The green space within the building division belongs to the owner, except for urban public green space or express personal green space. Other public places, public facilities and property services within the building division are owned by the owner.

Article 275 The ownership of planned parking spaces and garages within a building division shall be agreed upon by the parties through sale, gift or lease. Parking spaces that occupy roads or other venues owned by the owner for parking cars shall be owned by the owner.
