The supervisor should perform his duties as a third party and reasonably control the construction period according to the relevant national regulations on quality acceptance of decoration projects and the quality acceptance standards of family room decoration projects in Beijing. On the premise of ensuring the construction quality, the project construction task should be completed as soon as possible, and the quality will be better when it is completed ahead of schedule. Fourth, the control of engineering quality. Responsible for supervising and inspecting the construction quality and ensuring the project quality is the fundamental task of home improvement supervision. Anyone who does not meet the construction quality standards shall immediately ask the construction party to correct or stop the construction and safeguard the interests of customers. Accept concealed works in different stages in time to avoid failure of acceptance in a certain construction stage, leaving potential safety hazards. V. Assist customers in project completion acceptance.
