Due to physical discomfort, the project I am currently responsible for cannot be carried out smoothly. In fact, I have never made such a mistake in my work since I became a project manager. Even if I don't disappoint my leader, I should finish the project I am currently in charge of. I just feel that it is difficult to continue to be a project manager after I feel unwell, so I submitted my resignation, hoping that the leader can approve my resignation as a project manager.

In fact, the project I was in charge of in the past has never been abandoned halfway. My inner sense of responsibility and the trust of the leaders encouraged me to overcome many difficulties in the project work. The accumulated work experience during this period also enables me to skillfully handle the tasks in various projects. Although I am sometimes troubled by difficulties in my work, I also get the support of the following employees. In fact, I have greater autonomy in the projects I am responsible for and can allocate my time reasonably. For me, the project I am responsible for can only be regarded as conscientious if it is successfully completed. In addition, the study in the project work has greatly improved my comprehensive ability.

The physical examination some time ago made me find that my body seems unable to continue to adapt to high-intensity work. Although I have tried to force myself, I can't do the project work well after all. In fact, I don't have the ability to solve problems, but I always insist. It will only bring trouble to other employees. In addition, I have set strict standards for each process of the project, which naturally cannot be easily violated. So I have been very anxious at work recently, and I don't know how to deal with it. It is irresponsible to postpone work or ask for leave to recuperate, and the project I am responsible for this time is undoubtedly very important for the development of the company.

In order not to affect the responsible project, it is better to find a more suitable person to hand over the project. In fact, both my assistant and my excellent staff are capable of completing such projects. If I stay in this position and do nothing, I will be irresponsible to the company. Therefore, I intend to let xxx, who has rich experience in project work, take over the post of project manager, so that my departure will not affect the completion of the current project, but also allow me to make time to recuperate as much as possible, and I will try my best to do this before leaving my job.

The experience accumulated in the post of project manager over the years will undoubtedly play a very important guiding role in my future development, so I will keep in mind the teachings of previous leaders in the project work and solve the problem of physical discomfort as soon as possible.
