On the morning of June 29th, the complex project of Dongguan Urban Rapid Rail Transit Network Control Center (No.2 commercial building, office building and No.3 basement) was successfully capped, which also marked the successful capping of the first TOD comprehensive development project in Dongguan.

The total investment of the rail transit building project is 65.438+39.8 million yuan, covering an area of 6.5438+0.6 million square meters, with a building height of 5.65438+0 floor and a building area of 6.5438+0.83 million square meters, mainly including the rail transit network control center and the commercial office building. Rail Transit Building is located in the core area of Dongguan International Business District, with double rail transit transfer stations and superior geographical conditions. In the future, it will realize seamless traffic connection with Metro Line 2 and Guan Hui Intercity.

At present, the rail transit building project has won many honors such as "Two-star A-class green building design logo", "Guangdong safety civilization demonstration site", "Dongguan safety civilization demonstration site", "Guangdong QC second prize" and "Guangdong BIM competition second prize" issued by the Provincial Housing and Construction Department. The capping of the rail transit building is another fruitful achievement of the rail company's engineering construction, which indicates that the comprehensive development of TOD in Dongguan has achieved substantial results.

City Rail Company will make full use of the rail transit construction platform, conscientiously sum up and explore, constantly broaden the road of property development, strive to build a brand of property development, and actively feed back the construction and operation of rail transit. After the building is capped, the municipal rail company will continue to do a good job in safety and quality control. On the premise of ensuring safety and quality, speed up the construction progress of subsequent electromechanical installation and interior decoration projects to ensure that the project can be completed and delivered in July next year.
