How to test the qualification certificate of property manager?

Property manager (meeting one of the following conditions)?

1 Obtained the professional qualification certificate of assistant property manager and engaged in senior property management for more than 2 years. ?

College degree, engaged in senior property management for more than 8 years.

3 with a bachelor's degree, engaged in senior property management for more than 6 years. ?

4. Have a high school education and have been engaged in senior property management 10 years or more. ?

Assistant property manager (one of the following conditions)?

1 Obtained the professional qualification certificate of the professional property manager or engaged in the senior management of the property for more than three years. ?

2. A bachelor's degree in property or related major. ?

Property manager (meeting one of the following conditions)?

1 Having worked in the property continuously for more than one year. ?
