Secondary qualification: registered capital of more than 3 million yuan; There are not less than 20 property management professionals and full-time management technicians in engineering, management, economics and other related majors, and there are not less than 10 people with intermediate titles or above; Manage more than two types of properties: 6,543,800 square meters of multi-storey houses, 500,000 square meters of high-rise houses, 80,000 square meters of detached houses, 200,000 square meters of office buildings, industrial workshops and other properties.

Third-level qualification: registered capital of more than 500,000 yuan; There shall be no less than 10 property management professionals and full-time management technicians in engineering, management, economics and other related majors, and no less than 5 persons with intermediate titles or above; Have entrusted property management projects.
