Special seal for property announcement

You must use the official seal of the enterprise or the special seal for the enterprise contract filed in the industrial and commercial department.

The Property Management Office is an organization within the property management company, which has neither the legal person qualification nor the right to sign. The seal of the property management office is also limited to internal documents or notices, and cannot be used for formal legal documents such as contracts. Therefore, all kinds of contracts signed and sealed by the property management office are invalid contracts.
