What does house trusteeship mean?

House trusteeship:

It refers to a process in which the owner of the house property transfers the right to use the house to the house business unit in the form of a contract, and then the house business unit can commercialize the right to use the house, including daily management, leasing, and taking the risk of vacant intermediate houses.

(1) Owner:

The owner (or client) entrusts the house to the trustee and signs the entrustment contract, and the trustee will find a tenant for him according to the agreement of the owner. (2) Trustee:
