1. We can't handle the real estate title certificate, so the owner hasn't got the repair fund of Jiaotong University.

2. When the high-rise building of Communication Building was completed, there was no real estate license and overhaul fund, and the amount of maintenance funds was large, so the property and developers failed to reach an agreement on elevator maintenance funds.
