How is the owner's occupancy?

This question is a bit abstract. Simply put, the owner of the house goes to the property management office to get the key into his house and start his own life. Of course, before taking the key, some check-in procedures are necessary, otherwise, the property management office will not give you the key. Specifically, there are probably these:

(a) after receiving the occupancy notice, the owner shall go through the occupancy formalities at the property management department with the occupancy notice, payment voucher and purchase contract.

(2) The owner shall provide the name, age, sex, occupation and work unit of the residents in his residential unit to the management department when handling the check-in formalities. If there is any change, please inform the management department in time so as to get in touch at any time.

(3) Sign-in procedures include: data review and sign-in form; Pay the check-in fee; Four steps: house quality acceptance and formalities audit. Specific process and content:

1. The owner must have a notice of occupancy, a house purchase contract, a payment receipt, an ID card and a stamp. If entrusted, the agent must have a power of attorney and his ID card in addition to the above documents.

2. In order to facilitate the new owners to go through the relevant procedures and understand the situation of the community, we will first provide several relevant documents such as the owner's life manual, house acceptance certificate, decoration application form and quality assurance card. When checking in, please sign for it according to the receipt of the check-in registration form. 3. Sign a public contract.

4. Handle the "one-card" of Bank of Communications, collect one-time maintenance fund and related fees, and collect three-month property management fees, elevator and water pump operation fees, public lighting fees, etc.

5. The house quality acceptance is accompanied by full-time engineers and technicians, and the acceptance is carried out according to the items listed in the House Acceptance Sheet.

6. If all the projects meet the acceptance criteria, please sign the acceptance form by the owner.

7. If any project that does not meet the quality requirements is found, the engineering and technical personnel will fill in the acceptance sheet in detail, and determine the rectification requirements and completion date. After the rectification, the management department informs the owner to conduct acceptance again, and the owner signs the acceptance sheet after confirming that it is qualified.

8. The person in charge of the management department will review all the procedures and get the house keys with the check-in procedures and the key claim form after confirmation.

I hope it helps you!
