3. Improve property services through negotiation.
Many owners think that the property fee is too high because the service level of the property is too poor. 4. Replace the new attribute
Although the property fee in the early stage of the community is decided by the developer, the relevant national policies stipulate that the owners' committee can be established once the community is mature.
