What is the mentality of a person who suddenly changes his environment but can still be happy?

This afternoon, there was something wrong with my light bulb and I went to the property to find a repairman. Everything went smoothly. After waiting for a minute or two, it was my turn. I talked to the property service. A slightly drunk middle-aged man came in from the outside and rushed to the customer service desk in front of me.

The people in the room paused and subconsciously wanted to stay away from the uninvited guest. He walked a few steps to the customer service in front of me and was about to speak. Customer service said I was still waiting in line in front of him! I nodded to the customer service, which means it doesn't matter. Let him go first.

Well, this guy sat down and apologized to the customer service, saying that he had found a plumber to check it for him again. It's really not the fault of the property maintenance master. He shouldn't yell at the customer service lady. After that, he stood up and bowed to the customer service lady.
