Decoration of the house and property requires a deposit, and the decoration company refuses to pay it. . .

The property collects the decoration deposit in order to protect its own property subject from being maliciously destroyed by the owner during the decoration process, and the practice of the property company is also helpless. Property companies have no law enforcement power and can only protect their own interests by collecting decoration deposits. As the owner, we should understand the practice of the property management company. Secondly, while collecting the decoration deposit, the property management company also manages the decoration for the owners, because some owners buy houses for the first time and decorate for the first time, and some owners will be led by the decoration company. Many owners have misunderstanding and hostility to the property decoration deposit, and think that the property company is deliberately making things difficult for the owners. In fact, the practice of the property management company was not understood by the owners at first. Owners think that the decoration company and the owners are a group. In fact, this is wrong. In the process of decoration, the owners should actively cooperate with the property management company, and don't listen to the various statements of the decoration company.

Who will pay the decoration deposit? I can give you some suggestions for reference only:

1. Strongly ask the decoration company to pay the decoration deposit (called decoration deposit in some places). If the decoration company does not pay, you can change to another decoration company. The house is your own, so you can't just play with the decoration.

If you think the design of the decoration company is very good, you don't want to change it. Then you must sign a written agreement with the decoration company, which reads: "When the owner goes through the decoration formalities, the decoration company refuses to pay the decoration deposit on the grounds that the property is charged for the owner's benefit, so the owner pays the decoration deposit on his behalf, and the second sum is deducted from the decoration balance of the decoration company after the decoration, and will be returned when the decoration project has no decoration quality problems within X months and the decoration project fully meets the decoration management regulations of the property company." This agreement is made in triplicate, one for the owner, one for the decoration company and one for the property management company.

PS: Many times, in order to decorate as soon as possible, the owner pays the deposit for the decoration company, thinking that the decoration company is a good person and the property company is a bad person. This completely betrayed the owner's own interests. In particular, the personal decoration team does have problems. The decoration team ran away, causing losses, which can only be borne by the owners themselves. It is unlucky to think that the property management company is really thinking about the interests of the owners on the decoration issue, but it is too late.
