Kaida Hub International Plaza, referred to as ITC, is a landmark building in the east of Guangzhou at present, and it is also the first real TOD project in China. B4-B2 is the parking lot, B2-8F is the Kodak Impression City Shopping Center, 10-2 1F is the Grade A office building, and 22-46F is the SOHO space. West Tower 7- 18F is Kaida Marriott Hotel, and 20-36F is SOHO space.
