What is the property right of Shunyi Aidi Park?

Shunyi Aidi Park is a city park invested and built by Shunyi District Government of Beijing. It belongs to state-owned land, and the property right belongs to Shunyi District Government of Beijing. The total area of the park is about 70 hectares, including 20 hectares of water area and 50 hectares of green space. There are abundant vegetation and many lakes in the park, and there are also many scenic spots and activity places, such as boating wharf, children's play area, lawn, fitness area, bicycle lane, restaurant and so on. It is a good place for citizens to relax and keep fit.
